Hajj Safe has been working with one of the most prestigious and fastest growing airlines in the world, Qatar Airways, which flies to 152 destinations around the world, including Jeddah and Madinah. Qatar Airways has been supplying Hajj Safe’s products to pilgrims flying into Jeddah (the airport used for pilgrims travelling to Makkah), and Madinah, to make their journey more comfortable, and in appreciation for flying with Qatar Airways. The senior vice president of marketing and corporate communications of Qatar Airways commented in a press release: “In respect of this holy ritual and our continuous commitment to our valued customers to help and ease their experience during their Hajj journey, we are delighted to provide them with these exclusive Hajj kits. It is also a gesture of our appreciation and a thank you to the pilgrims for choosing Qatar Airlines, and we wish them all a wonderful experience during their stay in Makkah.” Similarly, Hajj Safe is pleased to have been given the opportunity to work with this international airline to make the pilgrims’ journey easier and safer.

The Hajj kits supplied by Qatar Airways have been designed according to the requirements of the airline by Formia, following several months of meetings and discussions. The kits were handed out to pilgrims travelling on its Jeddah and Madinah flights during Hajj season from the 15th to the 22nd of September 2015, and proved to be very popular. The specially designed kits come inside a classic stone coloured bag and include wet wipes (with our very own Hajj Safe logo); a prayer counter; prayer beads; prayer mat; socks, and prayer mat. The bag itself is easy to carry and can be converted into a larger bag which is especially useful for placing shoes inside when visiting the haram or other masjids during the pilgrimage.

Qatar Airways won Airline of the Year, Best Business Class Airline Seat and Best Airline in the Middle East at the 2015 Skytrax Awards. The CEO of Hajj Safe Kamal Ali said, “here at Hajj Safe, we are very proud to be working with a company that has such a formidable reputation, and we look forward to extending our products to other airlines and international organisations.”
